I earned my Master of Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
I believe in emphasizing strengths and promoting growth by employing an integrative approach to psychotherapy. By doing so I individualize the best possible treatment for each client with a particular focus on mindfulness techniques.
It is my goal to work diligently to maintain presence and attunement with clients while being conscientious, open, creative, and passionate. I have experience working in residential treatment and outpatient treatment for both adolescents and adults. Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining a yoga practice as well as spending time outdoors in nature.
